Gardens & Villa are a quintet straight outta' Santa Barbara, dishing out fluid synth ladened tracks that will quickly have you coming back for more. They recently signed to Secretly Canadian and have just released their long awaited self titled album . In 2010, Gardens & Villa traveled to Oregon to record their debut with visionary, vibemaster and labelmate Richard Swift. What they have collectively created is a ten track album full of the hooky gems, and despite the synthesised washes and fills they keep it simple, which is a welcome change.
